(hereinafter referred to as “our company”) has adopted the Financial Services Agency’s “Principles for Customer-Oriented Business Conduct” and, based on the spirit of these principles, has formulated and published the “Customer-Oriented Business Operation Policy” (hereinafterreferred to as “this policy”) in accordance with Principle 1. This policy will also be reviewed periodically to achieve better business operations.

In accordance with the “Conflict of Interest Management Regulations” established by our company, we will define the standards and procedures related to transactions with our company and our interested parties. By eliminating actions that harm the interests of customers due to conflictingtransactions, we will ensure the fairness and appropriateness of our business operations and manage conflicts of interest appropriately.

3.Clarification of Fees

To assist our customers in making investment decisions, we will clearly state in the contract the rewards and fees borne by our customers and what services they are for, ensuring transparency through detailed explanations.

4.Easy-to-Understand Provision of Important Information

For specialized and complex information, we will strive to make creative efforts such as using plain language and emphasizing important items. We will provide detailed explanations of products and risks according to the level of understanding of our customers.

5.Providing Services Suitable for Customers

We will always think from a customer-oriented perspective, propose products that accurately capture customer needs and provide timely and careful follow-up services.

6.Appropriate Motivation Framework for Officers and Employees

To thoroughly communicate the importance of customer-oriented business operations and various measures to all officers and employees, we will design compensation and performance evaluation systems and employee training. We will work on establishing a governance system that enables an appropriate motivation framework for officers and employees.
